Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, size, or colour, you’re welcome to return it — as long as it meets the following conditions so we can resell the item:
– Let us know within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@kiwicountry.co.nz, including your reason for the return.
– Return the item so we receive it within 14 days of your return notification.
– All items must be in excellent condition — clothing must be unworn, with original swing tags attached, and include a copy of the original invoice.
Please ensure returns are sent via a trackable shipping method, as we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll either offer an exchange or issue a refund based on the following:
– Change of mind? We’ll refund the purchase price of the goods (excluding shipping).
– Item faulty? We’ll refund the purchase price plus return shipping.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
