We operate 7 days a week and will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours.
All orders $150 or over will be sentΒ Freight Free within New Zealand.
Normal delivery times are 5-10 days from dispatch.
Our couriers operate tracing systems to keep track of our deliveries.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or private bags.
We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase so if it's not the right fit, size or colour then you can return your purchase. As you can imagine, so we can resell the item will need to be returned as follows:
β’ Advise us within 5 days of receipt of your intention to return an item and the reason
β’ Send the item back so we receive it within 14 days of notification
β’ Returned goods must be in excellent condition and in the case of clothing, unworn
β’ With the original swing tags still attached
β’ With a copy of the original invoice
Please make sure that any returns are sent using a trackable method as we can't accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Once we've received and checked your returned goods, we'll either exchange the goods or process a refund subject to:
β’ If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund the price of the goods
β’ If the goods are faulty, then we will refund the price plus the return freight
Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used to buy the goods.
